How to Use:
1. after applying your usual makeup, use the magnetic eyeliner to draw over your eyeliner, you need to wait 1 min to dry, then apply a 2nd coat if necessary. 
2. using the tweezers position the eyelashes on the eyeliner you just drew in step 1
3. Do not blink and place the second lash under first and let them contact with each other
