Q: Can anyone buy Wholesale?

We accept payment via bank transfer, Afterpay, Laybuy, Applepay, Google pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Any Credit or debit card. Once you submit your order, you’ll automatically receive an invoice with our bank account details.
Q: Which product will I receive?
The pictures that you see on the product pages are typical of the quality of the various products we have available, but are not the exact products that you will be receiving. Since each crystal is unique, the sizing and quality may vary, but we take lots of time to sort our crystals and to represent the quality and size accurately.
Please note that unless otherwise specified, display stands, rulers, chains, and other props are not included in the sale price of the photographed item.

Q: What if items arrive damaged?
In the rare instance that your package should be damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. All items are carefully checked by us prior to shipping and our courier company is liable for any damage during transit. We can lodge a claim on your behalf, though we’ll need photos of the item(s) and the packaging (including the courier bag) emailed or Facebook messaged to us within four days of delivery. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged items and packaging from you.
Q: How much is freight?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.40 Metro and $14.10 Rural for all orders under $450. Shipping is free on all orders over $450.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, sorry – we can not ship to PO Boxes.
Q: Do you allow pickups?
Yes, you can collect your order from our Rotorua Pickup Location after 5 working days only. Please contact us for details.
